Me and my wife came to Jason needing to be in a house in 2 months. We sat down with him and his daughter and looked at listings that met our needs. That same week we saw 5 houses that had potential and narrowed it down to 2 houses very quickly. Jason gave his honest opinion on both options and helped us reach a verdict on what we wanted. When we went into contingent on our house Jason was on top of things when it came to having us sign all of the documents and keep us up to date on a daily basis with what was going on with the house. Jason also told us what everything meant that we were signing (because we were first time home buyers we were not sure what anything meant). He was very kind and always had a smile on his face throughout the entire process. Once closing day came on the house, Jason was just as excited as we were and it felt like he was part of this family that was looking for this house. Once closed, Jason handed us the keys and congratulated us with open arms. I have no negative things to say about Jason, he is an amazing realtor and an even better man.

We have worked with Rich over the past 6 weeks to both buy and sell a house. We could not have been more pleased with each transaction. Rich is an excellent communicator and kept us informed on both processes from the beginning to the end. He went above and beyond on the buy side to help determine easements on the property, even making a trip to the courthouse and having his architect complete drawings so we knew exactly what we were working with. He is accommodating and jumps in on each and every issue to be sure of a positive outcome! We highly recommend him and will definitely call him when our next real estate need arises!

I am so grateful we were referred to James. Right out the gate he quickly impressed us at our initial meeting by showing up to our house with permit info. He had done his homework! He is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. We had a very specific city we were aiming to move to and James helped make it happen. I can’t express enough how grateful we are. He responded to all of our crazy questions so quickly and diligently. 100/10 stars in my book

Peggy is simply the best in the business! From the purchase of our new home to the sale of the old one, she is excellent! Her experience shows in how she addresses the market, and communicates. We always felt up to date, and that she was always ready to go check out a property or handle paperwork. She was persistent in communication with others when we needed answers, and just does everything calmly and with kindness.
